These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CompareBuild and the services we provide. By accessing or using CompareBuild, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use CompareBuild.

Acceptance

By using CompareBuild, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using CompareBuild on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of the service

You agree to use CompareBuild only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of CompareBuild. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or offensive language, content, or imagery in communication
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or exploiting material without permission

Contacting builders

When you submit an enquiry through CompareBuild, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to forward your enquiry details to the builder(s) you have selected. You are responsible for all information you provide and all actions taken using your account.

CompareBuild does not control the builders or their responses. We are not responsible for the quality of work, conduct, or any disputes between you and builders contacted through our platform.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual property

All content on CompareBuild, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CompareBuild or our content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of liability

CompareBuild is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompareBuild disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall CompareBuild be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CompareBuild, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to CompareBuild. Your continued use of CompareBuild following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
